Is there a way to add different icons to the Featured Icon Blocks? Or change them to text links or even photos? None of the icons really fit but I also want the boxes to be clickable to their parent page. Would entertain paying for such.

If you want to use different icons, you’d need to integrate your own icon font on the site and apply the necessary styling to choose the correct characters as the icons.
Drop-in replacing the bundled icons is not easy to accomplish (as their exact list and characters are integrated in the code of the theme) and replacing them with images is not simple.
