Hi, sometimes, I receive this error:

“Fatal error: Cannot run code from this file in conjunction with non encoded files in ../wp-includes/version.php on line …”

Could you say me that it´s due to theme? In forums I read that it´s due to themes or plugins. I desactivated all my plugins, but I received same error again.
