1. How do I hide or remove the “Leave Reply” section at the bottom of all my pages? I have search through all the settings and not find anything that allows me to turn off or control this feature. Have I overlooked something?

2. Header background color. This have been asked several times yet all the replies don’t give a clear explanation on how to correct this. I uploaded a standard size header (1050×120). And I uploaded a background image. But I can not change the color (white now), of the area to the left and right of the header. I’d like to change that white color to something else or fill that area with the background image. Whatever help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. I’m at a lost.
