Hi,

I want to edit some menu functionality. But the Functions.php file says not to edit it.
I’ve created a child theme but Im not sure what to name the functions.php file I am going to put the new code into.
I put into the content-page.php file in the parent theme.
Can i just create a content-page.php file in the child directory?
do i have to follow the file hierarchy to match the parents directory structure?
Sorry, new to WordPress and the function is working now, but I need to move it into the child directory.
