The edited content of my post’s listed on the home page of my site are not showing the new/updated content. They all show the template version wording. Not sure how to fix this issue. Thanks.

You might have a caching plugin (or server-side caching) that’s preventing you from seeing latest changes. Without being able to browse your site I cannot check for this.
