How to delete/disable one of the home so that it an set to a specific static page.

Current Problems situation:
1. I have multi language pages (english,japanese,thai) currently the main page is Japanese.
2. Pages are set under http://www.pst-centre.com/language/zzzz where
language = en;jp;th
zzzz = page content
3. the static page(1st page) should point to is http://www.pst-centre.com/index.php/ja/pst-centre
　The initial permalink should be http://www.pst-centre.com/index.php/ja/pst-centre as i create it with the name, but somehow it change to http://www.pst-centre.com I believe that this is the first page that the system wanted to pointed to.

Currnet problems: can not access the 1st static pages(japanese) at all. it will go to the 2nd page and static page tag appeared but can not acess!!! Please do try out http://www.pst-centre.com it only start with the 2nd pages for japanese version (this only happen for japanese version only!!!)
