The date is wrong in WordPress General>Settings. It says 9-24-16 and today is 9-27-16. So, when I try to publish a post it says “Scheduled” and won’t publish unless I backdate it to before 9-24-16. I’ve tried changing the time zone and it won’t update the date. Is this a function of the Theme? I am using Fluida. If so, how do I fix it?

WordPress reads the current date/time from the server. If it’s displaying the wrong date then that date may be set wrong on the server itself. There is no timezone with a 3 day difference.
