Love, love love Mantra!
I’m looking for advice as to a plugin that might change a page’s background image with a default image activated or perhaps a suggestions for custom fields that will get the task done?
Tried out many many plugins that add fields to apply custom backgrounds and CSS to posts/pages. So far they don’t seem to work, unless there is no default background activated. Most don’t work at all. There is one called background manager which I can’t use since another script on the server needs php 5.2 and background manager uses 5.3. Seems I have tried every other one out there though.
Hoping someone has also been down this road and can point me in the right direction.
Thanks much!

Good luck!

I hope that someone has some experience with custom post backgrounds. I found one plugin that will work if there is no default background, at least as far as an image goes — not a background color. I added custom css to mantra forcing top right position. Since it won’t work with a default background enabled, the presentation page will have no background and it will also require setting a background on every post. Not ideal. I wish I was more proficient with custom fields.
