Hi
I first would like to thank you for this wonderful theme, I really love it. It had tried so many different ones but they all were not flexible enough. I find it very to adjust it by using try and error, one just has to take some time. I am also very grateful that it was so well prepared with text and pictures, most of them only needed to be replaced, only it is not fully translated into German, but that is no problem for me.
One problem I have though: I replaced the cryouts on the presentation page and filled them all testwise with the right size pictures. They all show up on the presentation page but they are all in one column, meaning they are all on top of each other, top to bottom. In the settings I set it (as it was before) to have 3 in one row, i.e. two rows with 3 pictures, right? Why doesn’t it appear that way? What do I need to change?
When I placed the widgets into the presentation page I set them all on “show on presentation page”, assuming that my settings will place them correctly. Was that correct?
Many thanks for your help and all the best for 2015.
Tina
February 2nd, 2015 at 01:47 #29336AmyI have this problem as well! I’d also second Tina’s enthusiastic endorsement of the theme, which is gorgeous. I love it! Now, if I could just get the columns to display on the presentation page….
Thank you!February 6th, 2015 at 19:43 #29377Ana-MariaI took a look on both sites (Tina’s and Amy’s) and it seams to me everything is working just fine.
Tina’s cryouts – http://prntscr.com/61tnk1
Amy’s cryouts – http://prntscr.com/61tnwwSo, I would assume you have found the way how to solve that.
Just one more idea cross my mind why you didn’t (or maybe still don’t) see it…
I believe it could be if you have a smaller screen on your computer or laptop.
As the Tempera Theme is responsive it automatically adjust to the screen size (so it could be equally readable on any device.
I have tasted both your sites on iPad and iPhone and they work perfectly. Therefore, depending of the screen size the number of cryouts could be seen.
E.g. when I resized the window your sites looks like:
Tina’s site – http://prntscr.com/61ts9m
Amy’s site – http://prntscr.com/61tskwHope this would help to clarify the cryouts “column mystery” if you already didn’t do it by yourself. 🙂
February 10th, 2015 at 15:33 #30535TinaThank you so much, Ana-Maria!!!
Your confirmation that my presentation page works fine means a lot to me.
Just to let you know: I guess my mistake was that I did not wait long enough to refresh my page as my hoster does not refresh immediately but like 3-5 minutes later. Then all of a sudden it appeared alright.I am very happy with the theme!
March 28th, 2015 at 20:58 #30934troyI am having the same problems, the presentation widgets are stacked one on another instead of 3 per row. I have tried viewing it on my phone and a much bigger screen but its still the same. HELP
