Love the tempera template, and changed quite a bit, and few style.css changes.

Three questions:

1 – I’m wondering if there’s a way to reduce the size of the comment author’s icon from 60x60px to 40x40px. It just looks too big compared to the font size I picked (14px). I rather it be a lot smaller. I know it has to do with the style.css or something, but I don’t want to mess it up too much, can you lead me to the proper coding, then I can change it to my liking? (Yes, I know a little HTML, so it’s not foreign to me)

2 – While I like the ability to have excerpts and full blog posts, but is it possible to have a mixture of the two? Such as the first two posts is full text/blog, and the rest excerpts. I have 7 blog posts showing on a page, and I want the first two to be full post, and the rest excerpts. It just looks kinda strange with all full posts on a page or all excerpts.
