Color Settings don''t work!

    Please help me, for some reason my color settings don’t work and even if I change sidebar colors etc the background image still appears below the content & wording…..it is very frustrating as I had the site looking good and now it looks cheap

    I meant the background image still appears behind the content & wording,but i want fixed colors in certain areas yet when I change in the color settings nothing happens
