WP 4.7.3
trying to use a Parabola Color Scheme, i.e. “Basket Case”, when clicking Upload button, we get the error: “Option page not found”, the browser displaying a page: ……./wp-admin/options.php
We installed Parabola theme automatically.

(Solved installing Cryout Serious Theme Setting plugin – I wonder why shouldn’t it be installed by default with the themes…)

Repository themes are not allowed to install plugins automatically, only recommend them – which the theme already does.
