Is there any way to set a different text color for the secondary content area? I was trying to use a light color for the ‘content background’ and a dark color for the ‘secondary content background’. But ‘site text’ is the only place to adjust the text color, so the text won’t show up on both backgrounds.

Specifically, I really just want to change the color of the labels for the featured icon blocks.
