I put in the following code to change the site logo just for the mobile device.

@media (max-width:400px) {.page-id-205 #branding {content: url(http://new.chantalsauvignon.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/blog-logo-200.png);}}

I am able to see it on the mobile view in WordPress and also on my own phone. The problem is, others aren’t able to view it. Is this incorrect or am I just not able to customize the theme to do this?
