Change item color and padding primary menu Parabola

    Hi!
    I’m working in my first website and i wonder how can I use one color for each item in the primary navigation menu and how to reduce padding to 0 between the diferrent items. I tried several css codes i saw in the forum but i am really a nooby. Can you help me? At least i know where do i have to write the css code.

    I managed to to that myself but now i am fighting against the spaces at left and right side of the menu. i want the menu to be as width as the slider. Can anyone help me please?
