Change headline text on hover without changing the header menu text on hove

    Is there a way to change headline text on hover without changing the header menu text on hover.

    On the front page, I want to change the headline text to change color on hover, but I don’t want to change the header text menu text on hover. Is there a way to separate this into two options?
