Is it possible to add a widget area to present ABOVE the header? I want to remove the top bar (menu) which comes as part of Tempera, but it it’s place I want to put a shopping cart/total widget.

I realize that I can add this widget directly to the header but it clashes too much with the header itself. Therefore I would prefer to get the widget above the header.

Is this possible?
