buddy press Version 2.0-beta1
Theme parabola by cryoutcreations. running as child theme
S2member pro.

Problems:

1. profiles/activity can be accessed directly by pointing a browser to the profile page
example: http://www.leathertowne.com/members-2/Sylvia/profile/ (yes that’s my baby picture)

I need to know how to also stop the use of Parabola’s “default” page with right column.
Also is there a way to make a different page style the default?

I’ve also asked on buddypress forum/s2member forum. no one has answered yet.

Ok. I think I have fixed most of my problems.

1. I needed to set up S2memberpro with URI restrictions so the backend of buddypress would stop being stupid and showing profiles and stuff. (fixed)

2. I needed to stop being stupid and go into appearance>>layout>> and choose one column no side bar there and save. That nifty little setting makes what ever you choose as your layout your default setting. (DUH)

My issues are resolved. (for the moment) 🙂
