I’m wondering why the box-shadow only shows up certain posts and not others?

I checked the Graphics setting, and I picked bottom middle one – the one with box shadow all around the picture.

However, I only see some of my pictures with the box shadow and others not. The obvious one is http://vegassupermom.com/28-weeks/. If you look at the other posts, there’s box shadow.

If it has been fixed in the new update, lmk. I’m gonna have to make a child theme first before updating so I don’t lose the custom stylesheet that I did.

Images with captions use different styling that images without captions.
First is controlled by the Caption Type under Color Settings, the second one by the Image Border under Graphics.
