In ‘appearance’ it shows the title how it should be, with the blue block on the first letter. On all other pages like about, and all the content pages has the title correctly. It is only on the front page where the title doesn’t have the blue block. Is this a bug issue or something else? How can I fix the front slider page title so it stylistically fits in with how it looks in appearance and all other pages?

1. The site title title should behave and look identical on all site sections.
