After cleaning chache, the home page doesn't work

    Good morning everybody,
    I use Tempera Theme with my website http://www.turismoinserbia.it

    When I open the website by Google Chrome after cleaning cache, I see the website without menu, slider, header and so on. I have to reload the page to see it well.

    Can you help me?
