I want to add a blog page to my parabola website. I understand that I can just add a new page named blog. That is not sufficient tho. I need the blog to have its own menu and archives for past post. I basically need it to be independent of the main website’s hierarchy. Is this possible?

If you want the blog to be a separate site section, then you can use WordPress’ Reading Settings (or the Homepage panel in the customize interface) to set a particular static page as the homepage and choose which other site page will become the blog section.

I am able to put a clickable post title ( I still have comments turned off until I get this all worked out ). Problem is: I still have the website menu on the right as well as the top menu. I don’t want either one this page at all. I want the right side to be archive information. I posted a PLR article so someone can see what I mean
