All my post featured images stopped working after the update this morning. I’ve tried uploading a new image on one post as a test and it does not show up either.

I’m having the same issue as well, have tried a variety of combinations but none work. Image thumbnail appears on the posts page with the exerpt but does not appear with the actual post

Hello all,

I am experiencing the same issue after the last update (1.9.9.7) : none of my post featured images are displayed. The images in the content of the post are displayed normally.

Any ideas ?

So, today I decided to switch to the twenty twelve theme and my featured images were working fine. Switched back to Mantra and still no featured images.

Bump. Would really like to get this working please. I did make a donation a few months back as I’ve been really impressed with this theme up to this point.

Ok, still struggling with this issue, please can we get some attention on this? I’m now wishing I could get my ‘contribution’ back and just move on to a different theme.
I’ve disabled all my plugins and still no featured images. Could you at least tell me how I can revert to the previous version?

Hi everyone.

We’ve been trying to replicate this issue on our own dev and personal sites and so far we haven’t been able to get this behaviour.

So if any of you would be willing to volunteer a login to your website so we could have a look at this on a website exhibiting the issue, that would be great.

Just create a support ticket using the premium support form and type in “1997 featured images” as transaction id.

Perfect, thanks very much. I went into Mantra settings and changed the “Post Excerpt on Home page” setting. I can verify it’s working as expected now.
