Miscellaneous¶
The options described below are located in the theme's Miscellaneous panel on the Customize screen.
These options are intended for advanced control and debugging.
Default Pages Menu¶
RO FL ES BR
Controls the inclusion of the default pages menu when the main navigation does not have a custom menu associated.
Masonry¶
VE SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
Controls the use of the Masonry brick layout library on posts list (homepage, categories, archives, search results).
JS Defer loading¶
VE SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
Controls the deferred loading of certain general scripts. Deferring scripts can improve site loading time and optimization test results.
Autoscroll¶
RO ES BR AN
Controls the auto-scroll script functionality. This is used to scroll the viewpoint to the correct content location when URL anchors are used.
Header image size requirements¶
SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
Controls the header image size enforcement. Normally featured images need to be at least 75% of header height and site width to be used in the header. Disable this to allow featured images of any size in the header (at the risk of being blurry or improperly proportioned).
Force mobile menu on iOS mobile devices¶

Controls the force activation of the mobile menu on all devices/browsers using the iOS signature.
Editor Styles¶
VE SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
Controls the activation of editor styling used to recreate the visual appearance of the theme in the visual editor.

VE SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
Controls the FitVids script which is used to ensure embedded videos fit the screen on mobile devices.
Preloader¶
RO ES BR
Controls the theme's preloader functionality.
Custom Theme CSS¶
VE FL
Provides a field in which to enter simple custom styling to customize the site's appearance.
Warning
This option has been removed in Fluida 1.8.3 and Verbosa 1.2 as a result of this WordPress.org TRT request. Existing custom CSS is still included in the source code of the site as comment to aid in the transfer to WordPress' own Additional CSS option (available since WordPress 4.7). The output in the source will eventually be removed in a future update.
Header / Body / Footer JS (unfiltered)¶
SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
Provides fields to enter simple scripts in that will be included directly (unfiltered and and without any syntax checks) in the respective locations in the theme.
Important
Care should be taken to ensure the scripts used are correct. Erroneous scripts may affect theme functionality or break the site frontend entirely.
Plus Shortcodes¶
SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
Controls the activation of the theme's built-in shortcodes functionality. Can be disabled to reduce some resource usage if the theme's shortcodes are not going to be used.
Plus Shorcodes Prefix¶
SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
Controls the prefix of the provided shortcodes. Can be configured to avoid overlapping with shortcodes provided by plugins.
Changing this value will not update any of the already used shortcode calls in the site content. These will need to be manually updated.
