Always when changing things around (theoretically improving) there’s bound for something to go wrong.
In this case, the main menu dropdown functionality failed on Wordpress installations that used the automatically-generated menu (not custom menus). But this is now fixed.
Parabola’s first encounter with its initial Wordpress review didn’t go quite as we planned (actually it didn’t go at all as we planned; but evil master plans for taking over the world rarely work). Nonetheless, Parabola is making steps forward and the new update has already been submitted for review.
So, without further ado, here’s the changelog for version 0.9.6…
Now this is something you don’t see everyday (or at least you didn’t until now). Two theme updates in two days.
Parabola is getting closer and closer to inclusion in the themes repository. To give it a nudge in the right direction, we are releasing another update – v0.9.5 – addressing a couple of little issues we’ve found or been told about in the meantime.

Two weeks after its release into the wild, Parabola is out of the queue and entering the Wordpress review process. To mark this, we have released the latest (still kind of beta) update – 0.9.4 – which removes some, fixes some, improves some and adds some.

You probably haven’t been waiting for it that much but nevertheless here it is. The newest Cryout Creations theme is finally available for download. We’ve tested it as much as we could but it’s still practically a beta until you guys get a go with it.
Parabola is just as free as Mantra, the forum is already live and we’re looking forward to getting feedback from you guys. Download link after the jump.
Another small update, released mostly to fix the font styling bug created in 2.0.4.1.

So our mysterious creation that’s been keeping us busy for a while now – Parabola – has reached beta stage.
It is now near its final design and all options have been implemented, while we are working on chasing out the bugs and testing that all options do in fact perform as they’re supposed to.
