I have my blog front page set to show post excerpts and also the featured image.
However the image is a bit too small, I’d like to make it larger. I have tried these settings:
Featured Image Settings –
Featured Images as POST Thumbnails – Enabled
Thumbnails Size – whatever size I put in here anywhere from 100 to 500 wide makes no difference – the size of the featured image on the home page won’t change.
It must be set somewhere else – but I can’t find it.

Can anyone help?

Ah – I’ve found it. I unchecked the main page option and that made them disappear from the excerpts. Thanks

Any one have any ideas on this? Since switching to the extracts view, the featured image thimbnails are tiny and I’d like to change the size, but the featured image thumbnail size doesn’t appear to be working properly.
If its not working in the Mantra options, can I change it manually in the code somewhere?
Anyone know?

I’m having the same issue. I see thumbnails of various sizes in the “uploads” directory, but no matter what I do, the thumbnail size of the featured image doesn’t change. I’m using Mantra v2.1.

Can anyone at Cryout help with this – if you look at my home page, all of my featured images are entirely random sizes and it looks crazy. Some are large and some are tiny! It doesn’t make any sense and makes the site look silly.
I’d really appreciate some ideas how to sort this out.

The featured images size issue on frontpage posts should be fixed in v2.2.1

I have completed the upgrade today, gone through and checked all of my settings and all seems to be in order. But still the front page of my site is showing my post featured images in what appears to be totally random sizes. Some square featured images are shown large, some very small.

I tried removing featured images and re-adding them after the upgrade in case this helped, but no, no changes.
