Is there some way to modify the amount of time menu options – in particular sub-menu listings – are shown when anyone mouseovers on them (via CSS, perhaps)? Meaning, if I move my mouse over a main menu “tab” and the sub-menu drops down, and then I try and move my mouse over to the right to select a second sub-menu underneath the first, if I don’t move directly to the right, then down through the options, keeping my cursor over the menu/sub-menus at all times, the entire menu disappears. If there was a way to change how long a menu/sub-menu would stay up/open (perhaps even just a second long), then that would give a little “room for error” so that someone doesn’t have to stay over the menu the entire time to prevent it from going away.
I ask because our site is for an elementary school and I’m starting to be concerned that younger children will have difficulty navigating their way to “links” pages that are under, for example, Students > Second Grade > Language Arts menus/sub-menus. Needless to say, 5-11 year-olds aren’t exactly exact in their mousing ability. 🙂
Thank you in advance for ANY help you may be able to provide.

Unfortunately, they still are a bit “sensitive” when it comes to mouse movement/placement in relation to them. Am I missing something? 🙂
Note that this post was NOT in response to what appear to be menu-related issues after the 2.0.7 update was made available. This was submitted prior to then (and seems to still be a valid, separate request/issue).
Please assist if you can! Thanks again!

There are no configurable options for these delays.

Somehow I didn’t immediately notice that after installing the latest Mantra update, but now I can see the difference as I “test navigate” my way through the drop-down menus. Perfect!
